Melvin is a Louisiana native who is of Creole decent. His love for food began within his own family. Recipes have been passed down for generations and Melvin has added his own unique flair & twist. Every item honors the Creole tradition of a love for great food, great company & great experience.

Booking Policy

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to book your order. ALL CATERED EVENTS MUST BE CONFIRMED WITH NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AND SIGNED CONTRACT. Balance details must be paid in full (no exceptions) prior to pick up or delivery.
Catered events must be paid 7 days in advance. NO EXCEPTIONS.
